## Notes

There are two contradicting reference products for medical skin markers. One was issued by Ireland, in which the medical skin marker was classified as "felt tipped marker" under sub heading 9608.20. The same marker was classified as "instruments and appliances and parts and accessories thereof used in the medical, surgical, dental or veterinary sciences" by the US Customs and sub-heading 9018.90 was used for the classification.
