The rules for using FindHS.Codes

All content, databases, software, source code, text, graphics, documentation, training materials, instructional content, interfaces, artificial intelligence outputs, and other materials available through FindHS.Codes are owned by or licensed to Infosoft Information Systems and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of FindHS.Codes does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, all rights, title, and interest in and to FindHS.Codes remain the exclusive property of Infosoft Information Systems and its licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Infosoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use FindHS.Codes solely for your internal business purposes or personal informational use.

You may use the information obtained through FindHS.Codes only to support your own business activities, research, compliance efforts, or decision-making processes.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Infosoft Information Systems, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on FindHS.Codes or any substantial portion of its content;
• Redistribute, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform or its contents;
• Provide third parties with access to FindHS.Codes through timesharing, service bureau arrangements, account sharing, or any similar means;
• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, data mining technologies, or similar methods to extract data from the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying technology of the platform;
• Download, copy, archive, or store substantial portions of the database except as reasonably necessary for your authorized use;
• Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary legends contained within the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

You agree to notify Infosoft immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach affecting FindHS.Codes.

Infosoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

FindHS.Codes may include information obtained from third-party sources. While Infosoft endeavors to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, changes in customs regulations, tariff classifications, trade requirements, and related data may occur without notice.

Infosoft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or suitability of any information made available through FindHS.Codes. Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it for business, legal, regulatory, or commercial purposes.

FindHS.Codes may include artificial intelligence ("AI") powered tools and functionalities designed to assist users in identifying, analyzing, or researching customs classifications, tariff information, and related trade matters.

AI-generated outputs are provided solely for informational and research purposes and may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular transaction or legal determination. Users acknowledge that tariff classification and customs decisions often require professional judgment and consideration of product specifications, applicable regulations, explanatory notes, customs rulings, and other relevant factors.

Accordingly, AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, analyses, or classifications should not be relied upon as the sole basis for determining tariff classifications, customs declarations, import or export decisions, or compliance obligations. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all information before taking any action based upon AI-generated content.

Infosoft Information Systems makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output and disclaims any liability arising from a user's reliance on such output.

The final responsibility for tariff classification, customs declarations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations remains solely with the user.

The information provided through FindHS.Codes is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, customs brokerage, or other professional advice.

Users should seek advice from qualified professionals before making decisions that may have legal, regulatory, or financial consequences.

Infosoft may suspend or terminate access to FindHS.Codes at any time if a user violates these Terms or engages in activities that may compromise the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the platform.

Upon termination, the license granted under these Terms shall immediately cease, and users must discontinue all use of FindHS.Codes.

Infosoft Information Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within FindHS.Codes or on the applicable website.

Continued use of FindHS.Codes following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
