"Dichtkappe mit Gummibefestigung IP67" aus Kunststoffen im Sinne der Anmerkung 1 zu Kapitel 39 (charakterverleihend) mit einer auf der Innenseite eingearbeiteten Dichtscheibe aus Kunststoff oder Kautschuk.Die wasserdichte Kappe (Ø 29 mm, H: 25 mm) wird zusätzlich auf USB-Steckverbinder zum Schutz der Kontakte vor Beschädigung, Verschmutzung oder Feuchtigkeit aufgesetzt. Auf der Oberseite der Kappe ist mittels einer Metallschraube ein Sicherungsband in Form eines Kunststoffstreifens mit Öse angebracht.Eine Einreihung in die Position 8538 scheidet aus, da es sich lediglich um ein Zubehör für Steckverbinder handelt.Derartige Erzeugnisse werden zolltarifrechtlich als "andere Ware aus Kunststoffen, andere als von den Codenummern 3926 1000 00 0 bis 3926 9097 77 0 erfasst" eingereiht.
