Befestigungsadapter aus Stahl, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einer annähernd rechteckigen Grundplatte, einer schraubenlinienförmigen Feder, einer Mutter mit Innengewinde und einer weiteren Stahlplatte, die zu den Schmalseiten hin jeweils zweifach entgegengesetzt abgewinkelt ist. Die rechteckige Grundplatte weist entlang beider Schmalseiten gekerbte Rillen auf.Die Erzeugnisse sind, je nach Ausführung, aus unterschiedlichen Stahlsorten gefertigt und dienen zur Befestigung von Schellenkombinationen auf Tragschienen.- Antragstellerangaben -Abbildung siehe Anlage.Derartige Erzeugnisse gehören als "den Muttern ähnliche Waren aus Stahl, mit Gewinde" zum TARIC-Code 7318 1900 90.Nicht Position 8421, da Waren der Position 7318 als Teile mit allgemeiner Verwendungsmöglichkeit gemäß Anmerkung 1 g) zu Abschnitt XVI i. V. m. Anmerkung 2 Absatz 1 a) zu Abschnitt XV nicht zu Abschnitt XVI (Kapitel 84) gehören.
