Der aus einem klarsichtigen Saugnapf (Durchmesser ca. 5,1 cm), einer darüber befindlichen Abdeckung und einem beweglichen Hakenteil aus Kunststoff bestehende Saughaken ist universell auf glatten Oberflächen als Mehrzweckhaken einsetzbar. Das Vakuum wird durch das Absenken des Hakenteils und das damit verbundene Anpressen des Saugnapfes auf der glatten Oberfläche erzeugt.Zwei Haken sind auf einer Pappkarte mit Blisterhaube aufgemacht.Derartige Erzeugnisse werden zolltarifrechtlich als "andere Waren aus Kunststoffen, andere als in den Codenummern 3926 1000 00 0 bis 3926 9097 77 0 genannt" eingereiht.
