The eight different mixtures of CBD Oil will be: 8.3, 10, 16.6, 33, 50, 75, 100, or 150 mg/ml concentrations with a variation factor of ± 10 percent, depending on the percentage of medium triglyceride carrier oil (MCT carrier oil) present. All the products will be imported into the United States from Colombia. The CBD Oil is a purified extract of hemp that is mixed with an industrial hemp CBD isolate obtained from a separate company, Pharmacielo Colombia Holding S.A.S (Pharmacielo), by your subsidariy NuSierra Holdings Ltd. (NuSierra), in Colombia.
