According to the information provided by the applicant and the submitted sample, the so-called "camping mattress" is an inflatable air mattress with the dimensions 72 cm x 189 cm x 20 cm or 127 cm x 193 cm x 24 cm. The almost rectangular products consist of a plastic upper side flocked with shear dust as defined in Note 1 to Chapter 39 (plastic films) and an underside made of a textile fabric coated on one side with a plastic (sold by the meter of heading 5903). These are connected to one another by a 20 cm or 24 cm wide strip of plastic and the edges are welded together. The goods are also equipped with a valve to inflate or deflate the air. The nature of the goods packed in a printed cardboard box is determined by the plastics in terms of size. Such products are classified under tariff law as "goods made of plastics other than those specified in TARIC codes 3926 1000 00 to 2926 9097 77".^[1]
