In your letter, you describe the product at issue as a liquid organic compound with the chemical formula, C3H4O2. This product is produced through a natural fermentation process, which is described as a destructive distillation process of wood and other plant materials. You also indicate that this product is intended to be sold as a plant growth stimulator for agricultural purposes only.
