Ein erkennbar hauptsächlich als Zubehör für den Sensor bestimmter Adapter aus Kunststoff zum Anschluss des Sensors an den Beatmungsschlauch eines Patienten. Die Bestandteile sind gemeinsam in einer etikettierten Pappschachtel verpackt.Zur äußeren Form siehe Abbildung in Anlage.Eine Einreihung als Teil eines Beatmungsgeräts der Position 9019 kommt nicht in Betracht, da der Sensor sich als Ware der Position 9027 darstellt (Anm. 2 a) zu Kap. 90).Die Ware wird als "Untersuchungsgerät für Gase oder Rauch" eingereiht.
