Original Description: Es handelt sich um ca. 25 cm hohe Abfalleimer mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 16,5 cm (Fassungsvermögen: ca. 3 Liter) als zusammengesetzte Waren, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus - einem Gehäuse (charakterbestimmend) aus - - einem kreiszylinderförmigen Mantel mit aufklappbarem Deckel aus Blech aus nicht rostendem Stahl (18/0), - - einem ringförmigen, mit Streben versehenen offenen Boden aus Kunststoff und - einem in das Gehäuse eingehängten, entsprechend geformten Einsatz (Behälter) aus Kunststoff mit einem Henkel aus Stahldraht. Der Deckel ist mittels eines Kunststoffscharniers am Mantel befestigt und wird durch das Betätigen eines "Pedals" aus Stahl und Kunststoff mit dem Fuß geöffnet. Dazu ist das "Pedal" mit einem Klappmechanismus aus zwei winklig gebogenen, ineinandergehakten Stahldrähten und einer Stahlfeder verbunden. Die Abfalleimer sind am Scharnier mit einem Henkel aus Stahldraht zum Tragen ausgestattet. Die in einer durchsichtigen Kunststofftüte verpackten Erzeugnisse sind zur Verwendung als Mülleimer im Haushalt bestimmt. - Antragstellerangaben - Bei dem aus verschiedenen Stoffen bestehenden Gehäuse ist der nicht rostende Stahl insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Umfang charakterbestimmend.
