Zur Vervollständigung wird das Blitzlichtgerät noch mit einem Gehäuse und einer elektrischen Stromleitung (beide nicht Bestandteil dieser vZTA-Entscheidung) versehen.Zur äußeren Form siehe Markierung auf Abbildung und technische Zeichnung in Anlage. Die Ware wird als "Blitzlichtgerät für fotografische Zwecke, nicht mit Entladungslampe" eingereiht.
