Das Erzeugnis wird zur Modifizierung von PVC als Schlagzähmodifier oder als Polymer im Elastomerbereich verwendet. Die Laboruntersuchungen ergaben, dass es sich um ein weißes Pulver aus chloriertem Polyethylen handelt.Die Ware ist daher als chloriertes Polyethylen in Form von Pulver in den TARIC-Code 3901 9080 97 des Zolltarifs einzureihen.
