Original Description: Nach den Angaben der Antragstellerin und der vorgelegten Warenprobe (Kranz mit Windlichtglas, Art. 506567) handelt es sich um eine zusammengesetzte Ware bestehend aus einem Weihnachtsfestartikel in Form eines geschmückten Kranzes und einem lose eingestellten Becherglas.Der Weihnachtsfestartikel (Außendurchmesser von ca. 15 cm, maximale Höhe von ca. 8 cm) besteht aus natürlichen, getrockneten Astabschnitten, die mittels Metallstiften zu einem Kranz miteinander verbunden sind, sowie dünnen, natürlichen, getrockneten Zweigen, die die Astabschnitte umwinden. An dem Kranz sind silberfarbene Nachbildungen von Christbaumkugeln, kleine silberfarbene Kugeln, fünfzackige Sterne aus Holz sowie verschiedene natürliche Nadelbaumzapfen befestigt. Der komplette Kranz ist silberfarben und weiß beglittert.In den Weihnachtskranz ist ein zylinderförmiges, sich leicht nach unten verjüngendes Becherglas (Außendurchmesser oben von ca. 6,9 cm, Höhe von ca. 8 cm) aus gewöhnlich gefertigtem Glas eingestellt.
