Die Muscheltasche stellt ein konfektioniertes Netz aus Spinnstoffen dar. Nach ergänzenden Angaben der Antragstellerin dient der Kescher dem Fangen und Sammeln von z. B. Fischen, Schmetterlingen oder Insekten, die anschließend in dem Netz verwahrt bzw. transportiert werden (dienendes Behältnis).
