Original Description: Bei der Ware mit vertraulichem Handelsnamen handelt es sich um einen Zweikomponenten-Klebestoff auf der Grundlage von Polymeren der Positionen 3901 bis 3913. Nach Angaben des Antragstellers werden beide Komponenten immer als eine Einheit in Aufmachung für den Einzelverkauf in Gebinden größer 1 kg gehandelt. Um ein Gebinde zu mischen, soll die Komponente B vollständig in den Behälter der Komponente A gefüllt werden. Die gründlich miteinander vermischten Komponenten A und B sollen für die Verklebung mit Dichtfolien verwendet werden. Vom Antragsteller wurden vertrauliche Angaben zur Zusammensetzung der Ware gemacht. Es wurde keine Warenprobe vorgelegt.
