Bakelog Datalogger is a 7-channel temperature and humidity data logger designed for use in industrial food processing environments, such as ovens, driers, and freezers. It records temperature and humidity at user-defined intervals during the entire baking/drying/cooling process of food products and can transfer data to a computer via an interface cable. It includes 7 air temperature probes and 1 product temperature probe (humidity probe optional), with a temperature range from -250°C to 2000°C and a sampling rate from 25 readings per second to 1 reading every 9 hours. Powered by long-lasting batteries, it is classified as electrical equipment under Additional U.S. Note 2 to HTS Chapter 90.
