"Gärspund", vollständig bestehend aus Polyethylen (PE, Kunststoff im Sinne der Anmerkung 1 zu Kapitel 39). Das zweiteilige Erzeugnis besteht im Wesentlichen aus eine Art Trichter und einem oben locker auf den Trichter gesetzten Deckel.Das trichterförmige Behältnis ist zylindrisch geformt (H 9,0 x D 6,5 cm), bei einer Höhe von etwa 4,0 cm mit einer umlaufenden Füllstandsanzeige versehen und im Innern mit einem über die gesamte Länge verlaufenden Röhrenzylinder ausgestattet. Der Röhrenzylinder ist sowohl an der Oberseite, als auch an der Unterseite offen und steht an der Unterseite etwa 4,0 cm aus dem Behältnis heraus (Gesamtlänge somit ca. 13,0 cm). Der Deckel besteht aus einer tellerförmigen Kappe (D 7,0 cm) und einem an der Unterseite angebrachten, unten offenen Zylinderabschnitt (L ca. 8,5 cm).
