W. aus- einem länglichen, hohlzylindrischen Oberteil aus Stahl mit durchgehender Längslochung und mit Innengewinde am innenliegenden Ende,- einem länglichen, hohlzylindrischen Unterteil aus Stahl mit durchgehender Längslochung und mit Außengewinde (Teilgewinde) am nach außen gerichteten Ende sowie mit einem flanschartigen Abschluss am innenliegenden Ende,- einer "Hülse" aus Kunststoff oder Kautschuk, die das Unterteil ummantelt und die beim (weiteren) Zusammenschrauben von Ober- und Unterteil gestaucht und somit im Querschnitt ausgedehnt wird,- einer ringförmigen, sog. Scheibe aus Stahl, die sich zwischen Ober- und Unterteil befindet,- einem aus Stahl gefertigten Endstück mit Durchgangslochung mit Rückschlagvorrichtung (Kugel und Feder), das auf dem äußeren Ende der Erzeugnisse angebracht ist.Die Waren sind am außenliegenden Ende in Teilbereichen zu einem Außensechskant ausgeformt und unterscheiden sich in den Abmessungen und der genauen Form der einzelnen Komponenten, insbesondere der äußeren Bauteile. Die Erzeugnisse werden beim Abdichten und Füllen von Rissen, Fehlerstellen oder dergleichen in Betonstrukturen durch Einpressen von Injektionsgut unter Anwendung hohen Drucks verwendet. Eine Verbindungsfunktion liegt nicht vor.- Antragstellerangaben -Stahl bestimmt insbesondere aufgrund des Umfangs und der Bedeutung für die Verwendung den Charakter der aus verschiedenen Stoffen zusammengesetzten Waren.Abbildung siehe Anlage. Derartige Erzeugnisse gehören als "andere als in den vorgenannten Unterpositionen genannte Waren aus Stahl" zur Unterposition 7326 9098 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur.
