Die Neuerteilung erfolgt wegen Änderung des KN-Codes und bezieht sich auf die zur Erteilung der vZTA DE 5883/12-1 vorgelegten Warenprobe. Mittelbraune, geschrumpfte, rundlich-ovale, leicht abgeflachte, sehr harte trockene Pflanzenteile (ca. 0,8 bis 1 cm lang und ca. 0,6 bis 0,8 cm dick, in Form und Größe Rosinen ähnlich), getrockneten Erdmandeln ent- sprechend. Nach der hier vorhandenen Literatur handelt es sich bei Erdmandeln um die unterirdischen Sprossknollen von Cyperus esculentus, die einen hohen Stärke- und Ölgehalt aufweisen. Ganze Knollen mit hohem Gehalt an Stärke, getrocknete Erdmandeln; keine Ölsamen oder Ölfrüchte der Position 1207, da weder Samen noch Früchte, sondern Sprossknollen vorliegen.
