Original Description: Es handelt sich um einen Röntgenmarker (sog. Platinring, Marker Band) in Form eines etwa 1,4 mm hohen, ringförmigen Erzeugnisses mit einem Innendurchmesser von etwa 1,3 mm aus einer Platin-Iridium-Legierung (90 GHT Platin, 10 GHT Iridium). Die Ware dient zur Markierung der Spitze eines medizinischen Katheders (nicht Gegenstand der vZTA), um dessen Position während eines medizinischen Eingriffs röntgenologisch kontrollieren zu können.- Materialangabe lt. Antragsteller-Eine Einreihung in Anwendung der Anmerkung 2 b) zu Kapitel 90 als Teil eines medizinischen Katheders der Position 9018 kommt aufgrund der einfachen geometrischen Form und somit aufgrund des Fehlens von spezifischen objektiven Beschaffenheitsmerkmalen nicht in Betracht.Abbildung siehe Anlage.Derartige Erzeugnisse gehören als "andere (als in der Unterposition 7115 1000 genannte) Waren aus Edelmetallen (Platin)" zur Unterposition 7115 9000 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur.
