The product for smoking containing tobacco (See Figure 1) is designed for use with a special electrically heated device. The product has a cylindrical form (length 45 mm, diameter 7.3 mm); It consists of tobacco filler, hollow acetate tube, polymer-film filter, low-density cellulose acetate mouthpiece filter and outer paper and mouth tip paper. Tobacco filler is manufactured from a powder containing different types of tobacco, binders and humectants (water, guar gum, and natural cellulose fibers), and glycerin to facilitate aerosol formation. This filling may be wrapped in aluminum co-laminated paper. While the total weight of the product is around 0.8 g, the weight of the tobacco filling is approximately 0.3 g. The product is designed to be installed on a device (See Figure 2) (Figure 2 is included for visual purposes only and the product within the scope of this figure is not included in the classification is not). This device is used to apply sensor-controlled heat (burning without burning) to the tobacco. When placed in the mouth for smoking, the product emits an aerosol containing nicotine following heating.
