Description : The Bolted Tank Screw Jacks made from steel are used in construction of large bolted steek tanks placing them around the circumference of the tank enabling them to be lifted during the construction phase They comprise of an attachment that is bolted or welded to the tank. They are then received by a sliding headstock which travels up and down on a rail. inside this rail is the screw jacking mechanism that operates like a worm drive. The worm drive is rotated by motion from a gearbox in the foot of the jack. The input power to the jack is provided by rotational force delivered by a shaft.
