Zbraň je odborne znehodnotená: nábojová komora a hlaveň do dĺžky 18 cm sú odfrézované do šírky 4 mm, do nábojovej komory je vložený oceľový kolík zvarený po celej dĺžke s nábojovou komorou, pričom dĺžka zvaru presahuje dĺžku polovice nábojovej komory, v mieste prechodu nábojovej komory a vodiacou časťou vývrtu je kolmo cez jednu stenu vyvŕtaný otvor o priemere 6 mm, čelo záveru je zbrúsené pod 45 stupňovým uhlom, otvor pre zápalník je zavarený a zápalník odstránený.
