Original Description: Bei den als "Lichterdraht Glöckchenklang" bezeichneten Waren handelt es sich um etwa 2,2 m lange Dekorationsartikel, jeweils bestehend aus:
- einer batteriebetriebenen LED-Lichterkette mit 21 weiß leuchtenden LED-Lichtquellen,
- einem braunen, ca. 5 mm dicken Seil aus drei verschlungenen Hanfkordeln,
- einer Ziergirlande aus dünnem silberfarbenem Metalldraht mit 40 glänzenden Schellen aus unedlem Metall in verschiedenen Größen (Durchmesser ca. 20 mm und 25 mm).
Die Lichterkette und die Ziergirlande mit Schellen sind um das Seil gewickelt, welches einseitig zu einer Schlaufe gelegt ist. Die Erzeugnisse dienen zum Ausschmücken von Wohn- und Innenräumen in der Weihnachtszeit und sind einzeln einem bedruckten Pappkarton verpackt.

Eine Einreihung als "Festartikel" in die Pos. 9505 ist ebenfalls ausgeschlossen, da Glocken, Klingeln, Gongs und ähnliche Waren durch Anm. 1 l) Kapitel 95 von einer Einreihung in das Kapitel 95 ausgeschlossen sind.
Bei den zusammengesetzten Erzeugnissen sind die Schellen aus unedlem Metall aufgrund der Bedeutung für die Verwendung (Zierwirkung) als charakterbestimmend zu betrachten.
Derartige Waren gehören als "Glocken und ähnliche Waren, nicht elektrisch, aus unedlen Metallen" zur Unterposition 8306 1000 der Kombinierten Nomenklatur.
