Original Description: Bei den sog. „Brausearmen“ handelt es sich um nahezu C-förmige Hohlerzeugnisse aus einer Kupfer-Zink-Legierung mit gewichtsmäßig vorherrschendem Kupfergehalt (Messing). Sie weisen an beiden Enden Abstufungen im Innendurchmesser auf. Zusätzlich findet sich an einem Ende eine Bohrung und an dem anderen Ende ein Innengewinde. Eine technische Zeichnung mit vertraulichen Angaben wurde vorgelegt. Die „Brausearme“ werden in Duschsystemen des Antragstellers verwendet und dienen dem Anschluss eines Duschkopfes/Brausekopfes über ein Brauserohr an die Duscharmatur.- Angaben laut Antragsteller -Eine Einreihung als Rohr in die Position 7411 kommt aufgrund der weitergehenden Bearbeitung s. o. nicht in Betracht.Die Brausearme stellen sich aufgrund ihrer objektiven Beschaffenheitsmerkmale auch nicht als erkennbare Teile einer Armatur dar, sodass auch eine Einreihung in die Pos. 8481 nicht in Betracht kommt.Abbildung siehe Anlage.Derartige Erzeugnisse sind als "Sanitärartikel aus Kupfer" in die Unterposition 7418 2000 der KN einzureihen.
