"Artikel 60856 Kaleidoskop Auf der Farm, 3fach,12er Display", bestehend aus:- einem zylindrischen, zweiteiligen, mit Tieren bunt bedruckten Korpus aus Pappe mit einem dreieckigen Einsatz aus metallisierter Kunststofffolie - mit einer Länge von ca. 20 cm- an einem Ende mit einem klarsichtigen Kunststoffeinsatz mit Pappabdeckung als Guckloch- am anderen Ende mit einer klarsichtigen Kunststoffdose, die mit verschiedenen Kunststofffiguren (Sterne, Herzen, Zylinder und "T"s") befüllt ist- dreht man den vorderen Teil des Kaleidoskops, werden durch die Spiegelung der Kunststofffiguren verschiedene Muster erzeugt- dient der spielerischen Unterhaltung von Kindern- mit einem Pappetikett versehen.Im Hinblick auf den Spiegelungseffekt sind die Streifen aus Kunststofffolie, nach Umfang und Gewicht die Pappe als charakterverleihend anzusehen. Da keiner der beiden Stoffe den wesentlichen Charakter der Ware bestimmt, ist das Kaleidoskop in Anwendung der AV 3 c) i.V. mit der AV 6 in die zuletzt genannte, gleichermaßen in Betracht kommende Unterpositionen der KN einzureihen.Die Ware ist zolltarifrechtlich als "anderes als in den Unterpositionen (KN) 9503 0010 bis 9503 0095 genanntes Spielzeug, nicht aus Kunststoff, nicht aus Holz handgearbeitet" einzureihen.
